Requirements

You will need your company's FinanzOnline login details and administrator rights (i.e., a FinanzOnline supervisor account)

3 steps for requesting access to My Business Service Portal ("Mein USP").

  Registering

  Log on to FinanzOnline

  • Go to https://finanzonline.bmf.gv.at/fon/ and log on using your FinanzOnline account credentials
  • Click on the link "Zum Unternehmensserviceportal registrieren" (register with the Business Service portal)

  Select your administrator

  Select an administrator for the Business Service Portal account

  • You can nominate yourself or
  • someone else
• 

  Request an "RSa-Brief" (official letter)

  • Confirm the details on the "RSa-Brief" and have it sent to your company's senior management, along with an activation code and password
  • Give the PDF document with your Business Service Portal login details to the administrator.

Once you receive your "RSa-Brief", there are two steps to take to complete registration

  • Confirm the details on the "RSa-Brief" and have it sent to your company's senior management, along with an activation code and password
  • Give the PDF document with your Business Service Portal login details to the administrator.

The activation code will be valid for 28 days

  Select your administrator

  Select your administrator for the Business Service Portal account

  • Once you have your Business Service Portal registration details, you can use them to log into the portal
  • Set a new PIN
  • Identify yourself on the system if you have not done so already
  • Enter your activation code

You are now registered on the Business Service Portal.
