Initial registration as a company representative Registering with My Business Service Portal ("Mein USP") as a representative of a company or association
You can use register with "Mein USP" in a number of different ways:

We generally recommend that entrepreneurs have a digital signature or a FinanzOnline access in order to be able to use the comprehensive eGovernment services offered by the administration. This means that administrative procedures can be completed securely and online with just one registration.
Digital signature: ID Austria
Once you identify yourself on the system using your digital signature, we will automatically match you to the companies for which you can register a "Mein USP" account. If you can represent your company yourself, with no need for additional authorisation, we recommend you use this method. You can usually represent your company if:
- you are recorded as a representative in the Register of Companies [Firmenbuch];
- you are an individual entrepreneur;
- you are a partner [Gesellschafter/Gesellschafterin] in an Austrian general partnership;
- you are a general partner [Komplementär/Komplementärin] in an Austrian limited partnership;
- your company has granted you representative authority; or
- you are registered in the Register of Associations [Vereinsregister] as your association’s chairperson [Obfrau/Obmann].
Just register with your digital signature, and the system will guide you through the rest of the process.

Using a FinanzOnline company account
If you already have login credentials for FinanzOnline and have set up a FinanzOnline "supervisor account", you can register for the Business Service Portal on https://finanzonline.bmf.gv.at/fon/ using your supervisor account.
Select the "Registrierung zum USP" (Register for Business Service Portal) option.

If you do not have a FinanzOnline account or an ID Austria
If you do not have login details for Austrian government services yet, registering with the Business Service Portal will take a bit longer, but you will still be able to register.
